How does Milava work with a nanny or sitter?
You put in the schedule the way it really runs — your nanny's regular weekly hours, a sitter for Saturday evening, a grandparent covering Friday — and after that, only the exceptions: a day off, a swap, a sick day. Your nanny or sitter gets their own simple view of their schedule, can request time off, and can send a short end-of-day note about how the day went. If a day loses its coverage, the gap shows plainly on the day, the week, and the month.

Does my caregiver need the app?
No. Caregivers never pay for Milava. A caregiver who signs in gets a simpler view made for them: their schedule and hours, each kid's allergies, medications, and emergency contacts, time-off requests, and the end-of-day note.
Is my family's information private?
Yes. Milava shows no ads and doesn't sell your family's information — the plan belongs to your household. AI features are optional and can be turned off entirely in Settings, and Premium billing runs through Apple, so Milava never sees your card details. The full policy is at milava.app/privacy.
