A parent can add who is traveling, the dates, the place, and an optional flight. When provider status is available, live arrival time can refresh when the app opens. With notifications allowed, Milava Premium adds delay and landing alerts.

Add a caregiver, then set their recurring days and hours. Use Invite family member for your partner or caregiver; choose the right role.
Tap + to add daycare, school or another program. Choose the children, days and hours. Add aftercare where it belongs.

With Milava Premium and a verified US mobile number, text a future caregiver shift, day off or sick day, change the hours on a day, or remove a day you added.
Read the preview, then reply CONFIRM within 10 minutes to apply it, or NO to discard.
Use dates within the next 90 days (up to 14 days off in one text); use the app for recurring plans, activities and pickups.
Tap a day, use +, ask Milava, or update a future care plan by text. Choose the way that fits the moment.

Open Schedule and tap the day’s card. Add something with that date filled in, or open an existing item to change it.

Use + for caregiver time, days off, activities, daycare or school, and parents’ plans. Set a single date or the recurring days offered by that editor.
Ask Milava
Try “Olivia off Friday.” Read the proposed date, person and hours in the preview, then confirm. Nothing is added until you do.
Care by text setup
Verify your number in Milava first. Reply VERIFY with the code within 10 minutes to finish setup.

A caregiver can join Milava or simply open a schedule link.

The link opens in a browser without an account or app.
Caregivers never need their own subscription.
After a family invitation is accepted, a caregiver can sign in to see their own schedule and hours, Care notes the family wrote, allergies, and emergency contacts.
The read-only link shows the caregiver’s schedule, shared care notes and emergency contacts. Allergies saved in Milava are not included in that link.

When a day needs a plan, open Coverage or tap Ask for help on the day. Choose who to ask and the dates you need.
Ask a caregiver in Milava, or share an answer link with someone you trust. They can answer in a browser without an account.
In Coverage → Needs you, confirm the helper. That adds the care to Schedule. If you arrange care separately, add it in Milava too.

When optional AI features are on, a parent can ask Milava about the family schedule.
Your household can ask 20 questions or add plans in plain words each month. Milava Premium has no monthly limit, and Ask can look a year back and a year ahead.
If the plan changed in real life, update Schedule first. The answer can only be as current as the family plan it reads.
Milava can also point out repeating patterns and activities that are coming to an end.
With notifications enabled, Milava Premium sends a morning plan notification and a weekly look-ahead notification.

Make changes in Milava. Your calendar refreshes on its own schedule, so updates can take time.
Treat the private calendar address like a password because anyone with the link can read the schedule events it carries.
If your assistant can read the calendar subscribed to Milava, try asking about the care events it contains. First ask it to find a specific Milava event: some connections cannot read subscribed calendars. Answers depend on the events and refresh time available to that assistant. Use Milava to check current coverage and make changes.

Every plan has a fair-use limit of 100 questions a day per household.

On the web, a parent with Milava Premium can add a schedule from a photo or PDF. Milava turns it into proposed entries to review. Only entries the parent confirms are added to the family plan.
