How opt-in works
2. Milava sends one opt-in request
Hi Olivia - it's Mike. We use Milava to coordinate our family schedule, and this number sends the texts. Reply YES to connect. Not Olivia? Reply STOP.
3. The recipient replies YES
Schedule texts begin only after the message recipient replies YES from their own phone. Consent is given by the recipient, not by the parent who turned on the feature.
Milava: You're connected — you'll get a text each morning you're on the schedule. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP anytime to opt out.
If the recipient replies STOP—or never replies YES—morning schedule texts do not begin.
What gets sent after opt-in
On each day the caregiver is scheduled, Milava can send at most one morning schedule message, around 7 AM in the family’s timezone.

No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
