Caregivers never pay.

Caregiver access is part of Milava's free core. One household subscription — or the free tier — covers everyone who helps, and a family never pays per person to add the people who care for their kids.

Saying yes, made simple

When a family you help needs backup coverage, the ask arrives as a link that opens in any browser: the day, the hours, the kids, and the parent's note, with one button to say yes and one to say you can't this time. It works with nothing to install and no account to create. Answering is always free, and when you cover the gap, the hours go straight onto the family's schedule.

Built on respect

Milava has no GPS, no check-ins, no map, and no ratings of caregivers. It shows the plan the family wrote and the details you need to do your job well. It is not a monitoring tool, and caregivers are never treated as monitored labor: you see what you need, the family's private information stays theirs, and yours stays yours.

Looking further ahead, we think the people who care for kids deserve an identity in Milava that belongs to them, not to any one family's account. We're building toward that carefully: it will always be permission-based, and it will never become a staffing marketplace. Today, you join by a family's invitation.
